AM – about 3h riding
Begining of the ride on the cliff of Omaha beach, and country side. View on the rests of famous battery of second world war. Lunch in local restaurant with view on Ohama beach.
PM – walking tour
Visit of the magnificent and moving american military cemetery where brave WW2 soldiers are resting overviewing on the sea.
Gourmet dinner and night in Chateau de Bellefontaine****

On day 1, according to the tide, morning and afternoon programs may be inverted to make you enjoy beautiful canters on the beaches.

AM – about 2h riding
Begining of the ride by the beach or the cliff according the tide. Lunch in local restaurant of gorgeous golf of Ohama Beach with view on the sea.
PM – about 2h riding
Ride on the cliff, with a spectacular view on Arromanches and its Mulberry port. Canter on the beach.
Dinner and night in Chateau de Sully**** (depending on the date, we may have dinner in Port-en-Bessin).

AM – about 2h riding
Begining of the ride in Tracy. If the tide is with us, beautiful canter on the beach followed by a lovely ride in the hilly landscape of Normandy.
Lunch in typicall restaurant in Ryes, passing by the church XI and XIII century.
PM – about 1h30 riding
Ride in the country side, and arrival on horseback in the old city of Creully. Visit of médieval chateau de Creully, from where BBC diffused news of Normandy battle in 1944.
Second dinner and night in Chateau de Sully**** (depending on the date, we may have dinner in Port-en-Bessin).

AM – walking tour
Visit of Bayeux cathedral, medieval and XVIIIth century center and of the famous tapistery made in the 11th century, and listed as a “World Inheritance” by UNESCO. Transfer to Saint Lo where we have lunch.

PM – about 1h30 riding
Lovely ride in Haras de Saint Lo countryside followed by special visit of the haras and the laboratory performed by the Director especially for Cheval & Chateaux. Transfer by car to Manoir du Brion in Mont Saint Michel Bay.
Gourmet dinner and night in the fantastic gothic Manoir de Brion, where the french kings stayed for their pilgrimage at Mont Saint Michel Abbey.

AM – about 3h riding – Ride along fabulous Mont Saint Michel Bay according to the tide guided by our special guide Catherine. Lunch in lovely Manoir de la Roche Thorin with amazing view on le Mont.

PM – walking tour – Visit of outstanding Mont Saint Michel and guided tour of the Abbaye.
Last gourmet dinner and night in Manoir de brion with Julia and Loan, owners of the castle.

Breakfast and departure. Transfert (not included) to Granville or Villedieu train station (direct to Paris Montparnasse) or to Chateau de Bellefontaine where cars were parked.
